Get your money back
The refund goes back through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your licence is then switched off.
Refunds are only refused for clear abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds. The full policy is in the Terms.

The first time it opens, TradeScope shows about three months of made-up trades across three prop accounts. Look around before you sign up for anything.

Pricing questions
Is $19.99 really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and the licence doesn’t expire. There are no recurring charges.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. The easiest way is to click Buy inside TradeScope: checkout opens in your browser and the app unlocks by itself when the payment goes through.
Do I get a licence key?
Yes. It’s in your purchase email and starts with TS-. You only need it to activate a second PC or to reinstall.
What happens when the trial ends?
TradeScope goes back to sample data, but your synced trades and journal stay on your PC. Buy a licence whenever you’re ready and everything comes back as you left it.
Can I move my licence to a new computer?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old PC in Settings, then activate it on the new one. If the old PC is gone, contact support and we’ll free the seat.
How do I get a refund?
Email support@tradescope.dev within 30 days of buying, with your order number or the email you bought with. The refund goes back through Stripe.
